Each member of our team has individual strengths that they bring to better facilitate the comfortable delivery of your dental care. We genuinely care about your dental health and wish to provide a pleasant experience while you are at our office.

	Dr. Cindy Fleming-Tranter: Cindy grew up in Port Colborne, Ontario and attended both McMaster University and University of Toronto. She graduated with a BSc and from dentistry with a Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1986. After spending three years in Alberta associating with another dentist, she moved to Victoria with her husband to set up their own office. Cindy's interest lies in Family Dentistry. The Tranters have two children.
	Dr. Bruce Tranter: Bruce is originally from Collingwood, Ontario and also attended McMaster University (where he and Cindy met in 1977). He also graduated from University of Toronto in Dentistry in 1985 and worked with the Canadian Armed Forces for several years before moving to Victoria with Cindy to set up their office in 1989. Bruce's interest lies in cosmetic dentistry. When he is not busy creating smiles he likes to take his children camping on the islands of BC.
	Dr. Marie-Nicole Dubois: Marie-Nicole graduated from Montreal University in 1988 and has practiced in Quebec, Halifax and in Victoria where she now calls home. Dr. Marie-Nicole Dubois has a keen interest in cosmetic/restorative dentistry and has brought many new ideas to our office. She is able to provide dental expertise in both French and English. When she is not working as a dentist she is busy renovating the vintage house they bought when the family moved to Victoria.
